Post Holiday Slim Down Recipes



Happy New Year!! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday! 🙂 We all know amidst the happiness, the week between Christmas and New Year’s is for overindulgence and a food frenzy! and I’m sure many of you are saying to yourself on this wonderful first Monday of 2015: “Okay, back on my grind.”- I’m with ya!!

Between holiday food and dinner outings, my body is telling me it’s time to start eating clean again. Initially, I just wanted to share with you guys my go-to clean meal. A slice of toast, avocado, tomato, feta cheese, and an egg over easy is my absolute favorite meal! It’s a great source of protein and is perfectly satisfying! AND its super, superrrrr easy and quick to make!

All you need to do is:

Toast a slice of multi-grain bread

Mash up avocado and spread it on the bread

slice of tomato

Sprinkle of feta cheese

Egg over-easy on top! (or however you like your eggs)


Then I thought I’d find a few more delicious recipes to get you through the “post holiday detox.” Guarantee you’ll start feeling better in no time!
