Benefits of Drinking Warm Lemon Water

Since adding warm lemon water to my morning routine, I can’t stop raving about it’s benefits! I have always loved having cold lemon water throughout the day and never really thought about having it warm. Either way, lemon water is good for you, but waking up with a warm cup really does improve your morning (and day!).

Recover from the Weekend Workout

Welp, Monday has rolled around again, and it’s time to hit the gym hard to burn off all those extra calories consumed!

I don’t know about you, but I had a MAJOR cheat weekend. Going out with friends and watching football led to way too much pizza and beer for me.  It’s totally okay every now and then, but I’m definitely feeling BLAH this Monday morning.
